Section 24D
Who can form a partnership forest user group
: (1) For the development and protection of the partnership forest, the users concerned can form a partnership forest user group to make necessary arrangements on behalf of the users and to use the forest products received by the users from such forests.
(2) In relation to the partnership forest user group as per sub-section (1), the provision as per paragraph-9 shall be applied mutatis mutandis.
